This Is Familiar and Yet So Different

Imagine a world that seems very much like our own, but something doesn't feel quite right. It might be the little things. The Golden Gate Bridge is actually the color gold. Or perhaps the large things like the fact Gore beat Bush after Florida was deemed “unfit to be a state.” But either way it just isn't the world you know. In this world music just isn't as important. It is still being made, recorded, purchased, listened to...but sometimes it is just...forgotten after that. 

In this world almost every band is a “One Hit Wonder” due to the simple fact that most folks just don't seem to care that much. Sliding into this world are two masked heroes, one with a crown atop his balding head and the other with a golf bag slung on his back and grasping a Diet Pepsi bottle. These protectors of sound will help teach this world what they were missing. However, these two men must first face the fact that in this alternate reality, in this paralell universe some of the biggest, most influential musicians of their world are relegated to just one simple “hit”...let's hope our heroes can get out of THE TONYVERSE alive!
