How Big Can That Meteor Be?

LOOK OUT!!! There are aliens attacking every major city of the world, a giant asteroid the size of Florida is hurling straight towards us, as giant waves crash every shore, tornadoes tear through the lands, storms ravage cities, meanwhile we are being crushed by Godzilla, King Kong and Mothra! If only some small town English teacher/amateur astronomer enthusiast can figure out the ONE way to save our planet and all of us who reside on it while being able to get through to the proper authorities that can enact said method we may...just may be saved!
But while we wait for all that to happen you may as well download 'They Made Everyone Mediocre' and give it a listen, afterall there are worse ways to spend your final hours on this planet. Enjoy!
